I feel simply proud that such a professional and experienced Laptop Sales and service facility is available in my home town- Iritty ( Kannur) I bought a Dell G15 5530 Laptop through Amazone for my brother who is working at Houston. Few months after the usage, he found a pop-up message frequently. 'Power surge on the USB port. Unknown USB device needs more power than the port can supply.' Since it was related to power supply, we ignored it. On 14th Feb 2025, my brother came to India and luckily he brought the laptop with him. On 29th Feb,we decided to show the laptop to any service centre in Iritty and we searched in Google and found i DREAMZ Computer Solutions. We shown our laptop to i DREAMZ technical team and from their initial diagnosis they confirmed that it's motherboard problem. We couldn't believe it.. however, we decided to handover the laptop to them by seeing their confidence and professional way of communication. They explained us the step by step process involved in claiming the warranty and minimum lead time required. Committed lead time was 5 working days, considering my brother's return travel on 25th Feb, i DREAMZ did everything what they could do and arranged a new motherboard for warranty replacement on 22nd evening. On 24th morning we got the laptop after replacing the motherboard. We got the laptop in less than 4 working days and we are highly satisfied with i DREAMZ service support.
